The best wines are those that subtly compliment and elevate the flavor of seafood and fish. Grillo from Italy will certainly do well in this aspect. It is a white wine with some flavor of mango through it. Some delicious Grillo wines include Stemmari Grillo/Vionier ‘Dalila’ Sicily and Stemmari Grillo ‘Baci Vivaci,’ Sicily.
